I choose Davao as my blog for my travel experience because this is the farthest destination I’ve been away from home and this is the first time that I ride an airplane as a transportation and I felt so happy with that.

I choose Home Alone because it is the movie that I knew the best and I
would like to take advantage of it to have a good movie preview.

Movie Review

Home Alone is a 1990’s film wherein an eight year old troublemaker must protect his house from a pair of burglars when he is accidentally left home alone by his family during christmas vacation

Home Alone is one of the most popular movies from the 90’s. Ever since I’m 5, I already watched this film and I found myself repeating it over and over again especially when christmas is about to come. The plot is quite good and original, I really find the story unique matched with season of christmas and not just that, there is a moral lesson in the film. By watching the film, I am enlightened that we should not let strangers barge in our house without good intentions, I also learned that we should get to know our neighbors because they are the ones who could help us in times of danger that are happening in our house and lastly, we should be independent when our parents are not around, because our parents won’t always be with us at all times so we must be prepared for the situation that they will be not around

Overall, it was a nice film, it is my favorite to be honest. I am a really big fan of this movie and I recommend this to anyone who wants to watch a funny but yet exciting movie around christmas time.

Travel Experience

Oh, Davao City, the most urbanized city in the island of Mindanao, it is the largest city in the Philippines in terms of land area and this is my farthest travel away from luzon

When my mom announces that we will be having a vacation in Davao, I am so excited, my brain can’t stop thinking about it and my heart is so pumped up for that moment. I told myself that this travel will be great and nothing can stop me from achieving it.

As we reached the Davao International Airport, I am amazed with the atmosphere in Davao. As we find for a taxi, we are confident that nothing will go wrong because the people there are so nice and hospitable. I mean, you won’t notice people acting strange with an intent to steal your things, but rather they are so sociable

After a night in a hotel, we spent our day visting the tourist destinations in Davao City sucah as D’Bone Collector Museum, People’s Park and Crocodile Park

It was a great travel experience, I really enjoyed every single moment of our trip. I promise myself that I will be back here someday and I can’t wait a day for it to happen.
